What To Expect

Beginning counselling can feel daunting, especially if it’s your first time — and that’s completely okay. I’m here to make the process as welcoming, clear, and comfortable as possible.

We’ll start with an initial, informal chat where you can share a little about what’s bringing you to counselling. This is also a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether it feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure or commitment at this stage — just a relaxed conversation.

If you decide to move forward, we’ll create a plan that suits your needs and pace. Some clients come for a few focused sessions, while others prefer open-ended support. Either way, I’ll work collaboratively with you to ensure the space feels safe, respectful, and tailored to your personal journey.

If you ready to take the next step, please make contact and we can arrange the initial session. I aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. In-person sessions and remote sessions are a 60-minute duration. Regular sessions are a key part of counselling and weekly sessions at the same time are ideal.

Fees

£50.00 for in-person and remote sessions.
$40.00 for student and trainees.
Discretionary discounts are available for block bookings.
Payment is required in advance of each session and notice is required in the event of cancellation,
without which, the session will be fully chargeable.
