The space offers a peaceful and private atmosphere, allowing you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported. Intergrative Counsellor


I offer an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring sessions to suit your unique needs. While my foundation is in person-centred counselling, I also incorporate elements of CBT, mindfulness, and creative techniques where appropriate. This flexible method allows us to work in a way that feels right for you.

Hello and welcome! I’m Terarne, a BACP and NCPS registered counsellor offering brief and long-term therapy to adults, young adults, and adolescents, and I also hold a PQDip in Eating Disorders. Located in rural Pershore, I’m easily accessible from Worcestershire, Warwickshire, and Gloucestershire, close to M5 J7. Let’s work together in a safe and confidential space to navigate challenges and foster growth.
